Earthnet has a broad range of access options for the Corporate Customer. Our Multi-user accounts can be customized to each business user's bandwidth, and usage needs. Each account must consist of at least one full access account, and then as many additional access accounts or e-mail accounts as necessary. The e-mail accounts use the resources of the access account(s). A larger corporation might get a dedicated 64k ISDN account with multiple e-mail account, allowing unlimited high speed access and accessibility to all its employees. The Basic Access Account

Earthnet's Basic Access Account is most popular amongst individuals, smaller businesses, or corporations who decide to give each user a full access account. The speeds of access depend on the user's modem, but can reach 56k. Each account comes with 30 hours for weekday access, unlimited weekends, 5 Megs. of storage, and one e-mail account. The resources of this account can be combined if a company has more than one.

High Speed Access Accounts

Dial-up 64k or 128k ISDN

Dial-up ISDN is perfect for companies that need high speed access, but not unlimited hours. The customer will need to have an ISDN line installed by the phone company, and they will need to have an ISDN modem. The ISDN accounts have the same features as the Basic Account except they include 35 hours of weekday access. ISDN is Earthnet's recommended solution for corporations looking for high speed access through a standardized, reliable technology.

Dedicated 64k or 128k ISDN

Dedicated ISDN is ideal for companies with high speed and high usage demands. Once the company has their ISDN line installed by the phone company, they connect via their ISDN modem and stay connected. There is no limit on hours used. It can easily be combined with other accounts.

Unlimited Wireless

A second option for companies with high bandwidth and usage needs is Freewave's Wireless Access technology. Freewave is a local company in Boulder that has developed a wireless modem with a 40 mile reach from the antennae. The wireless account is unlimited, and the modems are capable of 115k. The customer must purchase the modem at the cost of $?,???., and then the Internet Access account at $260/mo. Although this seems costly it is actually more cost efficient in the long run. With wire dependent high access accounts you must purchase the equipment, pay monthly for the phone line, and pay monthly for your Internet access. With the Wireless Account you need only purchase the modem, and them pay for Internet access. There are no phone lines, and therefore no monthly, long-term phone line costs. Wireless access is not the future of Internet Access, it happens to be a viable and cost efficient option of today.
